This is a great offer! I hope you find someone wonderful and committed.

I'd caution you about being too hopeful with regards to keeping a long-term nanny at 20hr/wk, though, unfortunately.

A young college student will have a changing schedule each term; an older one will graduate. A nanny with another PT job may be looking for a FT package and leave once she's found it. Likewise with an unemployed nanny who takes your position but keeps looking for FT.  I'd think your best bet is with an older nanny or one who has another PT+ position (30+hr) that offers her the benefits she'd otherwise need from a FT position? Maybe other employers can offer their input on that, or how they found a PT nanny who stayed long-term. Good luck OP![/quote]
