We don't have a formal agreement on snow days, but when I went to bed I thought that it would be reasonable to ask her to come in if it's less than five inches and the metro is running. She's in her 20s and healthy, lives five minutes from the metro, and we are less than three blocks from the metro. If it was more snow or she took the bus or had to drive, I wouldn't have asked her to come in. [/quote]
