She was the most professional and polished of the 4 candidates we interviewed, and also the most expensive. I really liked her until she started being so critical (and it's not like anything was dangerous, she just didn't seem to like the idea of a changing station in the kitchen area. But I had twin infants and that's what worked for how/where we spent those days!) I was bummed. She went from my top candidate to a clear no in the span of that second interview.[/quote]
