I would like to make it cost effective for MB so she may consider doing this again or more often as I would much rather have the experience than a little bit of extra cash one time.

Can anyone suggest a way to structure my offer/desired compensation so it's clear and simple to present, seems fair to me, and make MB feel like she is getting a great deal and having the nanny come along is totally worth. My NF isn't super wealthy but they pay well and are very respectful, so I don't want to break the bank for them, it should be a win-win for all.
