I had two jobs before this not work out. one job there was a grandmom home who micromanged me. the other job suddenly needed full-time because mb got a fulltime job out of the blue. it's always hard the first few weeks because toddlers cry until they adjust. i had to go through this adjustment three times this past year. since August I've been dealing with constant crying. it's been so tough.
