I am giving up shifts that I could be working at my regular job which pays $20 an hour to work with these kids and I do enjoy it but it's becoming not worth it anymore. 
Do you think I would be asking too much to be paid more and is it too late to change the rate now anyway? I have been offered a different nanny job for one child on another afternoon that is paying me $15 an hour for one child. What should I do? :/[/quote]
