I have been working as a nanny for the past 5 years and I would like to begin my career (just finished school). I know its probably going to take a while to find a job so i was thinking about getting unemployment but from what i understand i need to be active looking for a job. I will, but i am not interested in nannying any more.  Can anyone tell me how it works in DC?  [/quote]
