I for example am doing exactly what you describe, because I work M-F until 2ish and then I PT nanny for a couple of older kids after school. I know I will have frequent weeks/days off and summer may or may not pan out but I don't rely on the bonus income to live. So, yes, you can find someone to do this job, just be prepared to look for a while.[/quote]
