OP, does the nanny makes at least $800 total? Another MB here. We had just hired our nanny in November as a PT baby sitter and then we ended up hiring her as our FT nanny for January. That first December, we gave her 1/2 of her week's pay and a Christmas gift. We really liked her and wanted to employe her for a long time (that was 3 years ago).[/quote]
