NP.  Your contract isn't legally enforceable.  If you don't work, you don't get paid.  I'm not sure why this is so confusing for people.[/quote]

Then I suppose they'll be out of a nanny when they get back for not holding up their end of the agreement. Seriously, why would they put it in the contract that nanny would be paid even when nanny did not work if they didn't intend to do so? That would be stupid.[/quote]
