Pro:

* I know what I want in a job and a family. I take my time in picking new jobs and I hold out for my perfect fit as to not waste anyone's time.
* I have worked for a lot of families and have learned to adapt to different parenting / lifestyles.

Cons : I can't think of any. A lot of people say career nannies are stuck in there ways and entitled. I'm about as far from that as can be. [/quote]

I don't have 30 years of nanny experience because of my age I'm in my 30's. But I consider myself a career nanny because this is the only career I've had for 14 years after I finished college. I went to college for my career and took jobs in high school and college to help give me experience with children for my career as a nanny. Working 24 hrs a day 7 days a week for 4 years alone gives me a lot if experience. It's not like I'm working only 1 day per week. [/quote]
