I would be happy that you were trying to find a way to keep me on. I would still decline because I honestly have no interest in house cleaning beyond the basics that comes with caring for infant and toddlers, but I bill myself as an infant toddler nanny and am usual on to my next family by the time the kids are in school. Longer term nannies probably expect to slide into more of a housekeeper/ house manager role as the children age. My advice, would be to talk with it about her in person. I wouldn't want to hear that my position would be changing by email. [/quote]
