Overall she is wonderful with our four month old and has been accommodating of my schedule when I need her to come in early or stay late. She has been highly recommended and worked for a family for years with no missed days or reliability issues. My co-worker said to just keep her as it will take a lot to find a replacement and she's not taking off for a " lazy' day. I'd like to hear from nannies and other parent's who employ nannies.
