My question is... Do you think I should be entitled to 3 weeks of vacation? Or did I use one for surgery. I'm still pretty burned out, and kind of need vacation.

OT- I get so mad at my Australian cousins who work their FT job of 35hrs a week, and then get 1 month off for vacation! [/quote]
