We really didn't think that our contract with her worked that way -- if we give her a guaranteed weekly minimum AND we pay her a daily rate for 10 vacation days, 10 holidays, and 5 sick days, we are talking about an additional $4,400/year.  I thought that was the whole point of having a minimum.  Anyways, thanks for your help - all of this is so confusing![/quote]
