And how many hours did she work the "vacation" week to have earned $673? Although I'd like to know the answer to my questions, I think Nanny has it right. It sounds as if she worked extra hours your vacation week, if you owed her $673 for hours worked. You owe her $176 per vacation day and standard workday, plus additional money for additional hours.
