We did not initially offer health insurance, but added it as a benefit in our third year instead of the same yearly raise (DD was going to preschool, so nanny had an easier job and was already being paid at the high end of market.) We only offer the paid holidays we get at work, so not all fed holidays. We would never pay for nanny's cell phone. [/quote]
