It was beyond weird and to this day I have no idea what she was thinking. Maybe she was drunk. (entirely possible.) I didn't have it in me to even say thank-you or find out what the back story was etc. At one point she asked if I had a nice Xmas and I was going to say thanks thenbut the kid interrupted ius and the conversation changed.
