When I've worked until 7:30 or 8 before they've always told me to eat with the kids and now I'm wondering if it's too unprofessional to ask. For the record I usually eat dinner around 6 or 6:30pm and I'm starved by then. I can't imagine making the families food and watching the kids eat it and then having to wait 2 hours to eat myself.
