Your MB just needs to find a family who wants a share but doesn't have an existing share with an already employed nanny. If she isn't getting these responses, her ad must not be worded well. I'm sure she will find one eventually. In the meantime, dial back your strange anger at something that is not worth getting angry about and work harder to be the best nanny with the best attitude so you can help potential share nannies see how wonderful you are![/quote]

You have this backwards. It is other families expect OPs MB to fire her nanny(OP) that she thinks is great, for their nanny. And you're right it is obnoxious, hence OPs post. [/quote]
