Our requirements for a nanny is for someone who has experience caring for children, who likes to get kids outside, who is willing to walk to the park and drive to activities, who is creative about indoor activities and playtime, and who has First-Aid training. Early childhood education experience would be a bonus as well as Spanish speaking.

Ideally, we would prefer someone who can prepare lunch and snack and perhaps help out with light housework (e. g. cleaning up the kitchen, tidying up, laundry once in awhile, and prepping for dinner) but nothing too onerous.
