Anyway last night my six year old says "I have to take a fat dump." I was horrified. I asked him here he leaned to say something so disgusting. He said "Nanny." I was upset with him and told him it's not nice to make stuff up. A battle ensued. After he went to sleep I decided to review the nanny cam. (yes she knows we have one.) I periodically check it but never really watch the whole day. Was I in for a shock. There was our nanny belching loudly and randomly ripping big ones. No excuse me, nothing but the three of them cracking up. It's disgusting.

I'm going to talk with her when she comes in tomorrow but I'm not sure how to approach it. It's an odd situation. Her references were great and I've never doubted her. I'm thinking of letting her go all together. I don't think I can feel the same way I did about her before. It grosses me out. I can only imagine what else she's doing when I can't see it. 
Am I out of line to want to fire her?
