It surely won't be worth your time to pursue this in court anyways since you have to pay for small claims court and then when you win there is nothing forcing her to pay you the judgement unless you pay for a sherif to help you collect. So assuming you don't have to cancel any other paid work on your random court date you will maybe end up with $100 in your pocket.[/quote]
