[/quote] MB here and the bolded statement is quite true. Of course, if a nanny applicant ever requested this I never agree and would eliminate them immediately. But I also wouldn't run a credit check on an applicant. A background check? Absolutely. But credit? How they spend their money is none of my business as long as they show up for and do their job reliably and well.[/quote]
