PP, many nannies have guaranteed hours, paid federal holidays, paid sick leave, paid vacation, and even healthcare contributions. I am one of them. My MB did not "pass on me and my ridiculous demands," she offered those benefits outright. Please don't be so nasty. OP, Google is your best bet. My boss sent me a contract furnished to her by our agency and it was ridiculously incomplete so I provided her with my own (which was actually written by two former employers, both attorneys) that covered far more - household duties, childcare duties, benefits, reasons for dismissal, outline of the trial period, exposure to screen time, what food I would eat/bring, basically everything that has ever come up in a job before! There must be one similar floating around out there :)[/quote]
