Placed the stroller with the baby in a bathroom and allowed her to CIO against the parents wishes and then sat against the front door of the apartment (again smoking her E-cigs) "just in case the parents walked in"

I could go on and on! I feel like I should share this with the mother but she has already shared with me how guilt ridden she feels about making a bad judgement call about a previous nanny. She thinks her nanny hung the moon! The mom said she actually cried when she told the nanny they would be letting the nanny go due to a move.

I won't accept the job if it was offered to me because that would mean another week of shadowing this nanny but I'm conflicted about telling the mom what I witnessed. I just needed to get this off of my chest.
