You can't compare a nanny who DOES work in a home to teachers and daycare workers who don't. A nanny shouldn't have to take care of pets, vacuum or take out the trash but doing children's laundry is related to child care. If you don't want to do that then that's fine, I'm sure you can find jobs where you don't have to but there are enough amazing nannies out there who have no problem doing the children's laundry so I would not hire you. I'd rather spend my time at home playing with my children instead of doing load after load of their laundry. [/quote]
