I am fine with staying busy and helping out while charge is napping, makes the day go quicker for me, but I get paid more to perform these extra duties. She doesn't pay me the additional rate. I am not sure how to mention that organizing is above and beyond my usual job requirements and I would like to be properly compensated. I absolutely hate confrontation and try to go lightly with this particular MB because she is my full time MBs best friend. [/quote]
