The norm is $15-$20/hour, with 15 and 20 being outliers. Of course, people talk about nanny wages in all kinds of ways -- some people might quote 17/hour and mean it as an "average" rate so the base rate is actually lower. Some people (unfortunately) talk about wages in net terms, etc. [/quote]
