As far as I've been told, is that I most likely WONT need surgery, but I do need to get into a cast ASAP so that I dont injure it more. Seems to me shed be better off getting this worked out ASAP so I can get back to work. We've had a a pretty good relationship up until now. I don't make a lot or have benefits, but theyve generally been very nice to me, and I have enjoyed me job there.

Someone I babysit for on weekends is a doctor and I asked him what I should do, he works for a low income clinic, his suggestion was to go back to the ER and get them to get an on call ortho to come in and do an EVAL and cast it. If we don't figure out something today, I may do that tomorrow.[/quote]
