I'm pretty sure I did give her advice. She either needs to stand up for herself or find another job. My words might be harsh but if it helps the nanny realize she doesn't have to put up with this kind of crap then I think it is warranted. This is a public forum and I have the right to let other employers who read this know that this kind of behavior is not the norm and that most nannies will not put up with it. If the OP wanted all the responses to baby her and tell her everything will be ok, then this is not the forum she should be posting in.    [/quote]
