She had always been very upfront, let us know ahead of time when she felt she was getting sick, and we deem her as reliable and a very long-term fit. I had lunch with my friends and we were discussing are arrangements and how our children are adjusting, etc. When I mentioned the sick day ( she's a co-worker) and the two late days, she told me I need to fire her. We in no way want to. We knew the moment we met her, she was for us and a fit for my family.

We plan to keep her but wanted other parents opinions. Would you fire her? Keep her?
