I want to get out of the situation now, but the nanny has been good and I don't want her to be fired. I suggested to the other MB that we might be ready to move on to a new situation and she only told me what a bad idea it is and how the transition would negatively affect my DD. I am of course still planning to find another situation - what would you do?[/quote]
