I don't have an issue with a family who only tried to interview a nanny, and she was a no show or did something crazy, and them leaving an honest review. I don't like, however, that care.com does nothing to mediate disputes, and allows libelous reviews from bitter parents, as well as the myriad of other shady practices the website employs (why is there an option to post jobs for $5/hour????)[/quote]
