They both make a ton of money off of us as their "product", but don't really give two shits about us or doing anything to keep us happy. Without us, they'd have no product, and parents wouldn't pay to use them. A website that served the interests of parents and nannies equally would attract a much higher caliber of nanny and be worth the cost to parents. [/quote]
