Neither of us have Columbus Day or Washington's Day off and I have a long standing commitment on Veteran's Day that I cannot bring DS to (DH does not have it off) but in exchange our nanny gets 4 extra vacation days of her choosing (with the agreement they cannot be used on those days). It has worked out well for us! [/quote]
