I interviewed for the family but I didn't feel the connection, they didn't call my references... I haven't met the kids but the dad works shift work so he will be home up to 3 days a week at a time which I'm not super keen on... & mom works from home 1 day a week... I just don't feel it.... They are giving me the standard paid time off and blah blah blah but want me to bank hours if they don't need me (say when dad is home and wants to have a day with the kids)  they also want me to claim as self employed.... But Im really scared to turn it down incase I don't get another offer at my rate...Plus its only part time...

Is "the feeling" or "the connection" a stupid thing to go off? or am I being totally high school and immature!
