We too are thinking of firing our nanny.  She has been with us for 3 years, but the past two have gotten progressively worse and we are really unhappy.  The 6.58%- this means that we must pay this while the nanny collects benefits?  Or that our insurance for the next nanny goes up while the original nanny is collecting?[/quote]
