There are no givens in nanny compensation. I need to know upfront if interviewing is worth my time because there are SO MANY families with unreasonable expectations, wanting to pay cash, no PTO, no paid holidays, no sick time, etc. I need to know you're going to be a serious employer and are looking for serious candidates before I even consider applying.
