A professional or excellent nanny isn't job hopping over not getting bonus as long as she is otherwise happy with her job. The grumbling you hear on this board are from the ones that barely deserve to be employed! An excellent nanny would have her feelings hurt if you don't get her a card or at least small gift but this is much different from the grubber nannies. [/quote]
