It takes 2 minutes to write down a bottle or changing. You would really care that much if your nanny spent 2 minutes writing something down? I care for twins who are now 11 months but were 8 weeks when I started. I kept a log for them (and still do) to keep track of diapers, feedings and naps. With twins, it was EXTREMELY helpful to write it all down so that I could keep track of who ate what, who slept when, etc. Also, my bosses LOVED that I did this because it made it easier on them to see how the feeding schedule was and all of that.[/quote]
