That's presumably why OP was so obviously happy and grateful (I think awesome gifts was the exact phrasing). Way to try to rain on her parade. ANYWHO...My last family gave me a customized travel mug with photos of my charges (I love using it and being able to remember them!) with a $100 bill inside. It was very thoughtful and generous.
