That's why I called it a split. It was not clear from your post that you wanted full time care. I'll still ask the question: Why do the days need to match up? You can easily have a nanny M-F and do a share part time. It will take a little bit of negotiating price wise, but it's still possible. Especially if the hours are relatively close. [/quote]
