Can you premake snacks and meals for the parents, like cut up cheese, celery, carrots, baked goods that are quick and easy to grab? Parents are just feeding what is easy. If easy healthy stuff is available, that may help. Its ultimately the parents responsibility to fix them. Can you get him enrolled in an activity like gymnastics, karate or other sports? That may help to keep him more active.
Op here. He is definitely active enough. It is nutrition that is the problem. I offer to make meals for the parents but am always turned down. I do pack healthy snacks for him when he has to run off to sports practices after school. I just think it's awful that she is telling him he is overweight, making him think he is the problems.
