If her nanny has your attitude, maybe she's not worth the hassle or continued expense of employing her full time. If you expect to stay on full time as kids get older and go to school full time, you'll have to find other ways of being useful. This is coming from a nanny by the way, who has stayed with families from the birth of their children all the way through elementary school. Nannies either adapt to changing environments, or you find yourself out of a job every 2 years. [/quote]
