[/quote] $25/hr is a decent rate. But highend nannies aren't trained in house cleaning. They can empty/fill a dishwasher, children's laundry, leaving the house as they found it. Most professional nannies are used to having a cleaning lady or crew. Most of my employers have had a fulltime cleaner/cook.[/quote] OP here. We have a separate cleaning service come weekly. They do not come daily though. Ideally we can have one full time housekeeper/nanny but I already know nannies usually don't/won't/can't do deep cleaning.[/quote]
