My current family never mentioned such a thing during the interview.
My sister said these cameras are not usually in full or partial view of where the nanny can see them. In fact, they can be elaborately disguised in smoke detectors, behind plants, etc.

While I by no means have nothing to hide in my childcare duties, it makes me uncomfortable to imagine being secretly videotaped all day. Esp. using the restroom.
My family allows me two 1/2 hour walks in the stroller around the block daily and my total work shift is between 9-10 hrs so I would assume if they viewed footage of me, it would be very time-consuming to do so. Plus, how would they film we during our daily walks?

I am too embarrassed to ask my family outright if I am being filmed, plus it might make them suspicious. 
Is there any way to know if I am being secretly filmed?
