We had one Extraordinaire who was awesome. Now we have a so-so regular au pair and after our one bad year, we're not trying again. We matched with another Extraordinaire for next year, but if that doesn't work, we're leaving the program and going back to daycare and before/after care. I can't imagine trying and failing over and over and over and not just giving up.[/quote]
