So I paid her the entire amount, but didn't give her any tip. She used to be our best sitter, but this weekly care-taking is not for her and sadly I will not be using her again.

For the future - do weekly sitters get sick leave? Do I need to put everything in writing? What are some of the other issues that I need to bring up? [/quote]
