If you haven't noticed, there is only one month left of summer this year and some schools start in 3 weeks. Are you thinking about it for NEXT summer? If just for the rest of this summer and not continuing the position into the rest of the school year, I would recommend bumping the pay as it is just a very temp position and most looking for something will want a job that will last much longer. No one likes job searching then having to do it again 3 weeks later or to do both now and end up finding something for the fall that they would want you to start early to get to know the kids first.[/quote]
